All of the reactions in the brain, all of its chemistry and machinery, are elemental in the mind they bring forth - that is, they're part of our very thought processes. Everything that happens in our central nervous system is subject to our own being, down to the molecular level! In a way, our neurochemistry is our will, but that will is largely subconscious or altogether unconscious: our will, our very being, is constituted by it. Imagine the control you'd have if you would be fully conscious of all your thought processes, and how it would allow you to control your life! All you need to do is to find out who you really are.
